BSBTWK503 Meeting minutes

Prepare minutes for a meeting you conducted.

Include the text of the email you send with the minutes thanking participants for their attendance.

At a minimum, your minutes must include:

  • Meeting title
  • Meeting logistics (date, time, location)
  • Meeting chair
  • List of attachments
  • Purpose of the meeting and intended outcomes
  • High-level summary of the business of the meeting, by discussion item
  • Action items agreed
  • Next meeting details

You can prepare this document using your workplace resources or the template provided. If you use dedicated software, please export the output as a pdf or screenshots or provide an accessible link.
