- Detail two separate occasions you have procured goods or services for a project.
- Give an example from a project where you made a successful procurement.
- Give an example from a different project where you got it wrong!
- What information do you record over the life of a procurement?
- How do you use those records to continually improve?
Where possible, provide evidence or examples to support your answers.
