Considering at least two (2) projects you recently contributed to, answer the following questions.

1. How do you monitor income and expenditure against your project’s budget?
2. Give examples of a couple of times you needed to vary your project’s budget. How do you go about it?
3. What cost and budget management lessons have you learned from previous projects?
   • How will you ensure these lessons are carried forward to future projects?
