BSB50820-5 Certification assessment

Link Education is internationally accredited by the Center for Project Innovation (CPI) as an official assessor and issuing authority for Certified Project Officer / Professional / Master / Director certifications.

In completion of the BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management, you will be assessed for CPI certification at your appropriate level.

• Certified Project Officer – knows projects.
• Certified Project Professional – three (3) years of project experience.
• Certified Project Master – three (3) years leading project teams.
• Certified Project Director – three (3) years leading project managers.

To meet the requirements of the BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management, all candidate interviews will include the following questions.

1. Give an example of how you identified quality standards with stakeholders and included a process to manage them in a project plan.
2. Give an example from a project where you successfully identified and managed an issue with scope quality during project delivery.
